Caprice 9C1: Last produced in 2017
Impala 9C1: Last produced in 2016
5th Gen Ford Explorer (Pre-Facelift): Last produced in ~2015
Ford Crown Victoria: Last produced in 2011 (still seeing widespread use in SOME departments)
6th Gen Dodge Charger: Last produced in ~2010 (very rare)
I personally don't think these vehicles should be represented unless the department is still using them. It could make it easier for you to implement the 2020 Explorer (a much more common vehicle than any of these) without the burden of modelling retired vehicles.
